Activity Instructions:

Now you’ve learnt the basics of using Adobe Photoshop, it’s time to have some fun and create some creative and experimental images.

1. Choose at least TWO creative editing techniques from the suggested tutorials list below. Alternatively, use your visual diary for inspiration, and source your own tutorials that align with your inspiration.

2. Prepare images to use for the tutorials. You can use images as outlined below:

  • Use existing images you have photographed in this subject

  • Take new photographs specifically to suit your chosen tutorials

  • Source stock images (ensuring you meet the licensing requirements)

  • Use a combination of your own images and stock images (ensuring you meet the licensing requirements).

3. Apply the editing techniques in your TWO chosen tutorials to images you have prepared.

  • Your before images i.e. original photographs and/or stock images including links to image sources as required

  • The final edited images that show application of creative editing techniques

  • Links to the tutorials you used to create your final images
